Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of doneframe ("Service", "App", "we", "us", "our"), operated by UX Things GmbH.

By accessing or using doneframe, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

2. Beta / Early Access Notice

IMPORTANT: doneframe is currently in beta/early access.

The Service is provided on an "as available" basis and may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete features. We are actively developing and testing the Service. Features may change, be added, or removed without notice. While we implement security measures to protect your data, we recommend not storing critical or sensitive information during the beta period.

By using doneframe during early access, you acknowledge and accept these limitations and agree to provide feedback to help us improve the Service.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use doneframe. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

During the early access period, access to the Service may be restricted to approved users only. We reserve the right to limit access at our discretion.

You retain all rights to the content you create in doneframe (tasks, notes, etc.). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

We claim no ownership over your content. You are responsible for the content you create and for ensuring you have the necessary rights to any content you upload.

While we perform regular backups of our systems, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups of important data. We are not liable for any data loss, corruption, or deletion that may occur.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect. Invalid provisions will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make them valid and enforceable.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and UX Things GmbH regarding the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
